We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to boost our company IT development. To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of available IT solutions, and an analytical mind capable of solving complex problems. There are also needed communication skills, with an ability to explain solutions clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Map, describe and analyze business needs and requirements
- Detect, highlight and document relevant functional and non-functional requirements
- Set tasks for the development team and provide guidelines for them if needed
- Help create processes and translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications
- Examine and analyze existing IT systems and business models and identify requirements
- Identify potential risks, plan improvements and optimise solutions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in product and system analysis of complex software systems
- Understanding of software development lifecycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL database queries
- Excellent communication skills
- Systematic thinker
- Ability to work well in a team
