R8 Technologies is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. This is an on-site role suited for a driven specialist with strong communication skills in both English and Estonian, and a background in HVAC or Energy Efficiency Engineering.
As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of AI-powered software integration into real estate portfolios around the globe. The R8 Digital Operator Jenny is a sophisticated data-driven AI solution enabling real estate properties to rapidly decrease energy consumption and CO2 emissions. In addition, your contribution as the Project Engineer will have an immediate and long-term impact on climate change mitigation.
What we’re looking for:
- Mid- to Senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Fluent in English and Estonian.
