We are looking for an experienced sales orientated professional, who will work with the current UK area manager in with the full support by our HQ.
Your primary focus is to open and manage the leads in the United Kingdom’s commercial real estate sector – our focus and target clients are owners and operators of shopping malls, offices, hotels and public buildings.
In order to succeed You must have...
- active B2B sales experience in commercial real estate (CRE) and very good personal relations in the CRE sector;
- good knowledge of at least one of the following: HVAC, M&E systems, Building Automation Systems/BMS (BAS);
- fluent English;
